Community Support

Our Stewardship program is built on strong partnerships with local government and property owners who share a deep commitment to service and a belief in the power of unity. Together, we're not only revitalizing structures and improving properties, but also nurturing connections, restoring empowerment, and creating lasting change within our communities.

The Stewardship will partner with local government and property owners to demolish and remove dilapidated buildings and homes. The stewardship will assess objectives, consider options, and evaluate objectives of the community or residence, including but not limited to: eliminating health and safety hazards, mitigating property value declines.

The Stewardship will ensure a transparent decision-making process for each property with consideration of: Safety and building quality; Nuisance level or complaint; and Repurpose potential.
